Burn Fat And Lose Weight In Record Time

  Some of the most common goals that most beginners to the fitness and health arena have is the goal of losing weight, burning fat and toning up their body. These are all great goals but the problem most beginners have is actually going about the process of doing it. In this article I give you three easy steps you can take today to begin burning fat and losing weight right from the get go.

The process of losing weight is actually pretty simple when you think about it. Losing weight is a matter of consuming fewer calories then your body needs to survive. So basically if you are eating fewer calories then your body needs to survive then you are losing weight. One of the easiest (well maybe not easy but terribly effective and good for your health) ways to reduce the number of calories you consume is to replace all the soda (pop), juice and sugary drinks you have with water. Water is good for you, it will usually eliminate snacking between meals, it hydrates your body and dramatically reduces the amount of calories you consume. On top of that it also greatly reduces the amount of sugar you consume and sugar is a nutrient that converts to fat very quickly in your body, usually within half an hour, if you do not burn it almost immediately. So stop drinking sodas, juices and anything else with a lot of sugar and start reaping the benefits. If you do not do anything else to your diet you will start losing weight just by doing this but if you really want to accelerate your results then continue reading.

Another very important step to losing weight and burning fat is exercise but instead of just any kind of exercise you are going to be performing a cardio exercise program that burns fat off your body, burns a ton of calories and you are going to perform it at the most ideal time of the day to burn fat.

Performing any form of cardio exercise first thing in the morning and on an empty stomach will dramatically increase the amount of fat you burn. This happens because your body is basically starving after sleeping all night and basically fasting for the last 6-8 hours. This scenario puts your body in a position where it is looking for other sources of energy to burn since there are no calories in your stomach to burn and one of the first areas it will look at is the fat stored in your body. So start doing some cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and start melting the fat off your body. The final step looks at preventing your body from storing any additional fat.

The last thing you want to do to lose weight and burn fat will actually do neither but instead focuses more on preventing any more fat being added to your body. Preventative maintenance if you will. Basically what you want to do is not eat any food, particularly carbohydrates, three hours before you go to bed. This will go a long way in preventing your body from storing any more fat on your body so you do not sabotage any of the progress you have made by reducing your caloric intake and burning fat by doing your cardio in the morning.

These three steps are usually the three first tips I give to someone who is looking to lose weight and basically wants to have a more toned and athletic looking body. They are extremely effective at melting fat off your body, helping you lose weight and keeping the fat off your body.
